Groups are Coming!

Get lots and lots of extra support while also building your parenting village.

Starting in January 2022, I will be offering parent support groups as part of my services. These groups won’t be specifically focused on sleep, but will be an opportunity for parents to come together for support and to build a community.

For more than 10 years I was a group therapist- and I loved it! The group is such a powerful container in and of itself. It’s a space for people to share from their hearts- to be seen and heard. Sharing in a group can be both scary and exhilarating. There is such power in people sitting together (even virtually!) to share their stories.

The groups are coaching-based, not therapy. This means that we will come together to talk about specific parenting challenges people may be facing, offer support, and build community. Groups for moms only meet weekly on Monday evenings starting in January, 2022. A monthly co-ed group is also offered on Sunday mornings.

Group topics will include sibling rivalry, transition to parenthood, encouraging emotional intelligence in kids, tantrums, tears, power struggles, using conflict in a healthy way, and many others!

Parenting groups will not provide time for individual participants to deeply dive into specific goals and topics. If you’re interested in deeper and more personalized experience, individual Parent Coaching is available.
